Ask AI where your parcels are

Stop opening tracking pages one by one. Connect PostNL, Packeta or Royal Mail to ChatGPT or Claude and ask where each parcel is, what's stuck and what came back.

Start free, no card needed. Your account key never goes into the chat.

ChatGPT · Claude
● Packeta
You: Here are the codes of this week's shipments. Which parcels need attention?
AI: Three parcels need attention:
  • Order 4518: at a pickup point in Brno, storage ends Saturday
  • Order 4522: in a Z-BOX locker in Bratislava, storage ends tomorrow
  • Order 4507: with the partner carrier in Hungary, no update for 4 days

Extend storage for order 4522 at the Z-BOX?

You: Yes. And which parcels are on their way back to us?

How it works

Three steps, a couple of minutes

1

Add us to ChatGPT or Claude

Once, in your AI's settings. Below is where to click.

2

Say what to connect

Write in the chat: “Connect my Packeta account”. The AI does the rest.

3

Paste the key from your account

You get the key in the service's account and paste it on our page, not in the chat. That's it, ask away.

Step 1 in ChatGPT · on a computer, chatgpt.com

In ChatGPT, adding APIUniCon takes a Business, Enterprise or Edu plan, and on Business an admin or owner does it. On Pro, OpenAI allows reading data only, and Plus and Free can't add it at all. If that's your plan, use Claude: it works on every plan, the free one included.

  1. Open Plugins: chatgpt.com/plugins
  2. Click + and choose Add custom MCP server
  3. Name: APIUniCon, server address: https://apiunicon.online/mcp, sign-in: OAuth
  4. Accept the warning with I understand and want to continue, then click Create as a plugin
  5. Install the plugin and sign in to APIUniCon: our sign-in page opens
  6. In a chat, type @ and pick APIUniCon from the list, then write “Connect my Packeta account”

If your ChatGPT is in another language, the buttons have other names but sit in the same places.

Step 1 in Claude · claude.ai or the app

Works on every Claude plan, the free one included. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it for everyone.

  1. Open Customize → Connectors: claude.ai/customize/connectors
  2. Click + Add and choose Add custom connector
  3. Name: APIUniCon, address: https://apiunicon.online/mcp, then click Continue
  4. Claude shows the sign-in settings it found: click Continue again. Sign-in: Sign in now, client: keep Use Claude's published identity, as Claude suggests, then click Add
  5. Sign in to APIUniCon: our sign-in page opens
  6. In a chat, click + → Connectors, turn on APIUniCon and write “Connect my Packeta account”
What to ask

A question in the chat instead of a spreadsheet

Where's my parcel

The status of a parcel by its tracking number, and the expected delivery date where the carrier gives one.

Where is parcel Z 284 1937 556?

Stuck parcels

What hasn't moved, and where it stopped.

Which of this week's parcels haven't moved for three days?

Returns

What came back, what wasn't picked up, and why.

Which of this month's parcels weren't collected from pickup points?

Delivery times

How long parcels take from handover to delivery, and where they run slow.

How long did parcels to Hungary take on average last month?
It can act too

It can act, too

Before each action with your carrier, the AI shows exactly what it will do and waits for your “yes”.

Changes are on the Pro and Business plans; reading is on every plan.

  • Create a parcel and get its tracking number
  • Put Packeta parcels into one shipment for the courier
  • Get the shipping label for an order
  • Extend how long a Packeta parcel waits at its pickup point
  • Cancel a parcel before it's handed over

Questions

The short version

Do I need a developer?

No. You add APIUniCon to ChatGPT or Claude with the steps above, write “Connect my Packeta account” in the chat and paste the access details from your account on our page. Then you just ask questions in plain words.

Does it work with ChatGPT and Claude?

Yes, with both. The steps for each are above, under “In ChatGPT” and “In Claude”. There's more on the setup page.

Can I track parcels from several carriers at once?

Yes. Each carrier is connected on its own, with its own key, and the AI shows parcels from all of them in one answer. How many services your plan includes is on the Pricing page.

Do I have to give the AI my parcel numbers?

Sometimes. Packeta looks parcels up by number, so you give the AI the codes of your shipments or an order export from your shop that includes the Packeta barcodes. PostNL works the same way for older parcels, and it can also list everything that changed in the last 48 hours. Royal Mail lets the AI list your recent orders by date and read their tracking numbers. Live parcel status needs a ChannelShipper account, and labels need a business (OBA) account.

Is it safe to share my carrier account key?

You paste the key only on our page; it never goes into the chat. We store it encrypted and decrypt it only to run your requests. The AI sees what the carrier returns, not the key itself.

How much does it cost?
