In ChatGPT, adding APIUniCon takes a Business, Enterprise or Edu plan, and on Business an admin or owner does it. On Pro, OpenAI allows reading data only, and Plus and Free can't add it at all. If that's your plan, use Claude: it works on every plan, the free one included.

Do I need a developer?
No. You add APIUniCon to ChatGPT or Claude with the steps above, write “Connect my Kommo account” in the chat and paste the key from your CRM on our page. Then you just ask questions in plain words.
Does it work with ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes, with both. The steps for each are above, under “In ChatGPT” and “In Claude”. There's more on the setup page.
Will the AI see every deal, or only mine?
Whatever the key can see, and that depends on the CRM. An admin creates a Kommo key in the account settings, and it usually opens the whole account. In Less Annoying CRM you choose what a key may do when you create it: read, create, edit or delete.
Is it safe to share my CRM key?
You paste the key only on our page; it never goes into the chat. We store it encrypted and decrypt it only to run your requests. The AI sees what your CRM returns, not the key itself.
