Ask AI about your team
What's about to slip, who's buried in work and who's free. Connect Taiga, Kanboard or Paymo to ChatGPT or Claude and get it from one question in the chat, not from clicking through boards or a status meeting.
Start free, no card needed. Your account key never goes into the chat.
| Story | Points | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Card payments in the app | 5 | In progress |
| Order export to the warehouse | 3 | New |
| New cart screen | 2 | Ready for test |
Reassign “New cart screen” to Maria? She has nothing open in this sprint.
Three steps, a couple of minutes
Add us to ChatGPT or Claude
Once, in your AI's settings. Below is where to click.
Say what to connect
Write in the chat: “Connect my Taiga account”. The AI does the rest.
Paste the key from your account
You get the key in the service's account and paste it on our page, not in the chat. That's it, ask away.
In ChatGPT, adding APIUniCon takes a Business, Enterprise or Edu plan, and on Business an admin or owner does it. On Pro, OpenAI allows reading data only, and Plus and Free can't add it at all. If that's your plan, use Claude: it works on every plan, the free one included.
- Open Plugins:
chatgpt.com/plugins - Click + and choose Add custom MCP server
- Name:
APIUniCon, server address:https://apiunicon.online/mcp, sign-in: OAuth - Accept the warning with I understand and want to continue, then click Create as a plugin
- Install the plugin and sign in to APIUniCon: our sign-in page opens
- In a chat, type
@and pick APIUniCon from the list, then write “Connect my Taiga account”
If your ChatGPT is in another language, the buttons have other names but sit in the same places.
Works on every Claude plan, the free one included. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it for everyone.
- Open Customize → Connectors:
claude.ai/customize/connectors - Click + Add and choose Add custom connector
- Name:

- Sign in to APIUniCon: our sign-in page opens
- In a chat, click + → Connectors, turn on APIUniCon and write “Connect my Taiga account”

What to connect
Don't see yours? The AI (ChatGPT or Claude) can connect almost any service that has a guide for developers: give it the link and it will do the rest.
- TaigaEpics, user stories, tasks and sprints, and who is overloaded
- KanboardBoards, tasks, due dates and who works on what
- PaymoProjects, tasks, time entries and invoices
Step-by-step guides
The short version
Do I need a developer?
No. You add APIUniCon to ChatGPT or Claude with the steps above, write “Connect my Taiga account” in the chat and paste the key on our page. Then you just ask questions in plain words.
Does it work with ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes, with both. The steps for each are above, under “In ChatGPT” and “In Claude”. There's more on the setup page.
Will the AI see every project in the company?
Only what the key can see. Most keys have the rights of the person who created them, so the AI sees the same projects and boards that person does. The exception is Kanboard's application-wide token, which sees every project on the server. If that is too much, connect with one person's own token instead.
Is it safe to share my account key?
You paste the key only on our page; it never goes into the chat. We store it encrypted and decrypt it only to run your requests. The AI sees what your tracker returns, not the key itself.
How much does it cost?
You can start free, no card needed. What each plan includes is on the Pricing page.
